HySky Media Pvt Ltd (formerly Hybrid Networks Communication and Transmission OPC Pvt Ltd) was founded to solve a problem its own team kept hitting: operators forced to rent foreign IPTV panels, paying per subscriber forever, with no real content protection and no control over their data.

HySky is led by Mr. Puneet Johri, a technologist and entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience spanning broadcast technology, IPTV, Internet Service Provider operations and software engineering. He has built and operated real video-delivery platforms end to end — from headend and CAS/DRM architecture to subscriber apps and billing — and brings that hands-on, production-grade perspective to every engagement.
His background is deliberately cross-disciplinary. A Bachelor of Computer Applications grounds him in computer applications and engineering; a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources & Marketing) shapes how he builds teams and takes products to market; and a Bachelor of Laws gives him a working command of the regulatory and licensing landscape — TRAI, TEC and MIB — that Indian operators must navigate. That legal grounding is why HySky's licensing consultancy is genuinely useful, not generic.
On the security and operations side, Puneet holds an Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Cloud Computing and DevSecOps from the E&ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee, embedding security and resilience into how HySky designs, ships and runs infrastructure — from content protection and audit logging to self-healing pipelines and safe deployment practices. A self-confessed technology lover and deeply internet-savvy, he stays hands-on with the latest in cloud, security and streaming.
