1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HySky Media Pvt Ltd website and the purchase or use of our products and services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & services
HySky provides a self-hosted IPTV operator platform (CAS, DRM, SMS and transcoding), related software, and consultancy, support and development services. Specific deliverables, scope and pricing are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
3. Licences
Software is provided under a licence for the term and scope purchased (for example, operator, Multi-System Operator or national). Licences are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Unauthorised copying, resale or redistribution of our software is prohibited.
4. Payments
Fees are payable as quoted. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. All fees are non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as per law.
5. Intellectual property
All software, designs, documentation, trademarks and content provided by HySky remain the intellectual property of HySky Media Pvt Ltd. You receive only the rights expressly granted by your licence or engagement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use our products and services lawfully, including compliance with TRAI, TEC, MIB and all applicable broadcasting, content-licensing and data-protection regulations. You are responsible for the content you distribute and the rights to do so.
7. Limitation of liability
Our products and services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HySky is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
