Our policy in short
All payments to HySky Media Pvt Ltd are non-refundable. We provide a full, working demo of our products — including a downloadable app and live demo login — before any purchase, so you can fully evaluate the platform and confirm it meets your needs prior to paying.
1. No refunds
Because a complete demonstration is made available before purchase, all fees — including installation charges, one-time licence fees, annual or short-term licence fees, and consultancy or service charges — are non-refundable once the payment is made and the corresponding licence, deployment or service has been initiated or delivered.
2. Try before you buy
We strongly encourage every prospective customer to use the free demo (available at hybridnetworks.co.in/demo) and to request a guided walkthrough before purchasing. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will help you evaluate the product fully before you commit.
3. Cancellation
You may choose not to renew a licence or ongoing service at the end of its current term by informing us in advance; this stops future billing. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current or any prior term.
4. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, or a payment is debited without an order being placed, the duplicate/erroneous amount will be refunded in full. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days (subject to your bank/Razorpay timelines).
5. Service delivery
Our products and services are delivered digitally and/or on-site. Licences and software are provisioned electronically; installation, migration and consultancy are delivered as scheduled with you. Timelines are shared and agreed before work begins.
